Biography
JACOB B. HUDDLESTON is a partner of KRACHT HUDDLESTON ASAY, LLP. Jacob’s practice is a business-oriented law practice with a significant concentration in construction matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Jacob advises and represents clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, suppliers, owners, and design professionals, in a wide variety of construction-related disputes. Jacob has handled matters involving construction defects, payment disputes, manufacturer defects, product defects, emergency remediation, bid disputes, design errors and omissions, contractor licensure, scheduling disputes and inefficiency claims, drainage and servitude disputes, and emergency remediation arising from public, commercial, and residential construction projects.
Jacob was selected as a Super Lawyer, Rising Stars, in Construction Litigation for 2018–2024.
Jacob is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana, all U.S. District Courts in Louisiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
Jacob has an undergraduate degree in Finance from LSU and worked in banking before graduating from LSU Law School in 2014. Jacob resides in Denham Springs with his wife, Jane; they have four children.
